1. Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently ship only within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders are delivered through USPS and UPS.
For customers located within our designated local delivery zone, we offer a discounted shipping rate. This service is fulfilled directly by our team through personal delivery, not by a third-party carrier. Eligible addresses will automatically see this option at checkout.
If you are qualified to select local pickup, pickup schedules will be sent out to the email or phone number supplied at checkout. If you are unsure if you qualify, please reach out to us at contact@kazancoffeeandtea.com.
A tracking number will be provided for USPS and UPS carrier orders once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate for shipping.
When available, promotional shipping rates can be applied.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
