Refund & Returns Policy – Kazan Coffee and Tea LLC.

1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales of coffee and tea are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

2. Exceptions

We will make exceptions in the following cases:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective.
  • If you receive the wrong product compared to what you ordered.

In these situations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (such as photos of the issue). We will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

3. Future Subscription Orders

For upcoming subscription services (monthly coffee/tea re‑orders), the same policy applies: subscriptions are non‑refundable once processed, but damaged or incorrect shipments will be replaced.

4. Customer Communication

We aim to make our policies clear at checkout. If WooCommerce or Hostinger allows, this policy will be displayed during the purchase process so customers are aware before completing their order.
